Michelle Creamer has been a licensed realtor in Alabama since 2002. She has a B.S. Degree from Jacksonville State University and spent 20 years working in Development with a Birmingham-based non-profit, where she assisted with purchasing and selling homes appropriate for adults with physical and mental disabilities. Since 2014, Michelle has become one of Birmingham's highest producing realtors. For the last three years, she has led sales in the Liberty Park community. In fact, with over 25 million in sales in 2018 and 2019, she is currently the # 1 Sales Agent in all of Vestavia Hills!
Michelle has lived in Liberty Park for more than 15 years with her husband and two college-aged children so she is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in this community. Michell is the Best! She went above and beyond for every steps from beginning to end! She works like 24/7. She replied to my messages and calls right away. She knows the best how to present the house to sell. We had many showings from morning to evening on the first day and the house was sold way above asking price on the first day. she guided us through multiple offers to get the best one for us.
